- Assist in designing cost-effective benefits strategies
- Ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA guidelines
- Conduct benchmarking against industry standards

- Coordinate open enrollment processes and materials
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance markets
- Support merger and acquisition due diligence related to benefits
