Belkins is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, identifying and engaging with potential clients to build a strong pipeline for our business development efforts.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research and outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness
- Schedule and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably in an outbound capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Cape Town. We operate in a distributed, results-driven environment.
