Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house activities during service hours
- Supervise and guide wait staff by assigning areas, tracking performance, and providing assistance
- Ensure guests receive timely, respectful, and professional treatment
- Coach and train entry-level team members in service standards, proper etiquette, and venue procedures
- Serve as the main communication link between kitchen, bar, and serving teams during shifts
- Inspect table arrangements, cleanliness, and overall presentation before and during service
- Address guest concerns or special needs promptly and tactfully
- Enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to organizing and running private events, banquets, and special dinners
- Keep track of service supplies inventory and report low stock levels
- Support evaluations of team performance and recommend enhancements to service workflows
