Every is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist (LMSW or LCSW) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services for common pediatric conditions via teletherapy. You will join a virtual primary care collaborative model dedicated to improving child and adolescent wellness.
What You'll Do
- Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices.
- Provide counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities.
- Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist.
- Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner.
- Work closely with patient, family, and team to overcome obstacles in treatment.
- Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily.
- Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment.
- Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Clinical Social Worker licensure required in the state practicing (LMSW or LCSW).
- Qualifying social work experience for licensure consists of a minimum of 3000 hours of post Master’s social work.
- MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent short-term counseling skills.
