About the Role

Role Overview

Join a forward-thinking digital health organization dedicated to whole-person care. • Maintain clinical judgment and adapt techniques based on emerging research and client needs

Proficiency in English, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential. Experience with solution-focused brief therapy, digital communication platforms, and telehealth systems is required. You should also be comfortable using technology for client engagement and case management.

Preferred Background

  • Advanced degree in psychology or behavioral science
  • BCC or ICF certification with a psychology background
  • Experience with Medicare or Medicaid populations
  • Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Background in chronic condition management such as diabetes, hypertension, or behavioral health
  • Knowledge of research methods, data collection, and measurement theory
