What You'll Do
Deliver individual telehealth coaching sessions via video, each lasting 30 minutes, to support clients in Gabon. Focus on non-clinical concerns such as managing work-related stress, overcoming procrastination, and improving work-life harmony. Guide clients in defining personal or professional goals related to career development, relationships, or self-improvement. Work alongside an internal clinical team by sharing insights and recommendations to enhance coaching programs and platform features.
Requirements
- Hold an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification or a Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Counselling
- Demonstrate experience with coaching methodologies or evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- ICF-certified coaches must have completed at least 200 coaching hours
- Counsellors must have accumulated a minimum of 300 supervised clinical hours after graduation
- Be fluent in English and a locally spoken language in Gabon
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in employee assistance programs, counseling working professionals, or coaching individuals in leadership roles will be given priority.
