Fundamental responsibilities include clinically managing mental health services, driving collaborative care approaches, supporting treatment coordination, serving as a behavioral health expert, interfacing with community stakeholders, consulting with executive management, representing the organization externally, participating in interdisciplinary case reviews, and demonstrating comprehensive clinical knowledge. Required Qualifications: - Virginia residency - Registered Nurse with 5 years Behavioral Health Experience or Licensed Virginia Behavioral Health Clinician - 2+ years community-based Medicaid behavioral health service delivery - 5+ years clinical experience in behavioral health/psychiatric care Technical Skills: - Multisystem navigation proficiency - Advanced multitasking capabilities - Basic technical troubleshooting skills - Digital collaboration expertise - Highly organized work approach - Metric-driven performance orientation Preferred Experience: - Utilization management background - Leadership competency - Clinical outcome influence - 2+ years managed care organization experience - Med Compass familiarity preferred Education Requirements: - Master's degree for licensed behavioral health professionals - Bachelor's degree for Registered Nurses Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full-time Pay Range: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00 Comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements.
