Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

  • Deliver play-based applied behavior analysis interventions to support children with autism in reaching developmental goals across home, school, and community settings, using scientifically validated methods.
  • Record and monitor individual progress through systematic data collection and collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to ensure effective, consistent care delivery.

  • Compensated for time spent driving between assignments
  • Smartphone ownership is required for job functions
  • Fingerprint background screening is mandatory
  • Tuberculosis screening may be required as part of onboarding
  • Travel of up to 45 minutes between service locations is expected
  • Work schedule includes weekday afternoons, typically between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
  • Must possess a dependable vehicle for transportation
  • Valid driver's license issued by state of residence is required
  • Must successfully complete DOJ and FBI criminal background checks
