Responsibilities
- Deliver play-based applied behavior analysis interventions to support children with autism in achieving developmental milestones across home, school, and community environments, following research-backed approaches.
- Record and monitor individual progress through consistent data collection and collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to ensure coordinated, high-quality care delivery.

- Must be available for weekday afternoons between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Valid in-state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance are required.
- Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with drive time compensated.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including tablet use and navigation of digital platforms.
- Smartphone access is mandatory for job functions.
- Must pass DOJ and FBI background checks, fingerprinting, and tuberculosis screening if applicable.
- Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds when necessary.
- Clear verbal communication skills and active participation in physical and play-based therapeutic activities.
