About the Role
Support children with autism using play-based ABA techniques grounded in research, while working closely with caregivers and clinical staff to ensure measurable progress and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver play-centered applied behavior analysis interventions to help children with autism reach developmental and behavioral goals in various environments.
- Record and monitor individual progress through structured data collection and collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to ensure consistent, effective care.

AS A BEHAVIOR THERAPIST YOU WILL
- Use play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in the community - grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Collect data to track each child’s progress and partner with caregivers and your clinical team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
