Responsibilities

  • Deliver play-based applied behavior analysis interventions to support skill development in children with autism across various environments, guided by research-backed methods.
  • Monitor individual progress through consistent data collection and collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to ensure effective, coordinated care.

  • Must be available on weekdays between 3 PM and 7 PM.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes between assignment locations, with drive time compensated.
  • Smartphone access is mandatory for job functions.
  • Must pass fingerprint-based background checks conducted by the DOJ and FBI, and a tuberculosis test if required.
  • Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching is part of the role.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
  • Clear verbal communication and active participation in physical and play-based therapeutic activities required.
