About the Role
Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy using play techniques and track progress through consistent data collection to ensure high-quality outcomes for children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to support children with autism in achieving developmental milestones across home, school, and community environments.
- Record and analyze progress data while coordinating with caregivers and clinical supervisors to maintain consistent, effective treatment plans.

AS A BEHAVIOR THERAPIST YOU WILL

- Service areas include Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Castro Valley, Dublin, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasanton, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Sunol, Union City, and surrounding regions.
- Therapists may be scheduled to travel up to 45 minutes from their preferred starting location.

- Weekday afternoon availability required (3-7pm)
- Reliable vehicle with valid in-state driver’s license and insurance
- Willingness to travel approximately 45 minutes between work locations, with paid drive time
- Basic computer skills, including experience using a tablet and ability to navigate various online platforms
- Access to a smartphone is a requirement of this position
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test (if applicable)
- Physical Ability: The job involves extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
