CVS Health is looking for a Beauty Sales Consultant to provide personalized sales service and beauty advice to customers. What You'll Do

Seek out customers to provide a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized service, effective upselling, and suggestive selling.
Engage each customer entering the beauty zone, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice using strong verbal skills.
Serve as the brand expert, answering detailed customer questions with product knowledge to maximize sales.
Educate customers on proper product usage and benefits, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.
Represent company sales programs, discuss CVS Beauty Club, and invite customers to special in-store events.
Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and beauty-specific promotional materials.
Keep the assigned area well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Execute all CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies in a timely manner.
Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training and ongoing educational programs.
Execute the established sales plan by meeting the sales budget and tracking progress.
Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls about programs, promotions, and new items.
Compete to beat prior sales goals and maximize the sales budget.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company guidelines.
Stay curious and excited about the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Seek to further product knowledge and client service skills.
Perform duties requiring manual dexterity, including ear-piercing services in all stores (training and certification provided).

Available to work a flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and 'Peak' Hours.
Ability to perform all tasks listed throughout the job description.
Willingness to perform ear-piercing services in all stores (training and certification provided).
In specific stores, bilingual ability to speak to customers in both English and Spanish.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice to Have

Prior Beauty Sales Experience.
