Holman is looking for a BDC Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments. In this role, you will manage communications to schedule appointments and deliver a seamless, positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Listen attentively to accurately determine service needs and schedule appointments.
- Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system to book service appointments.
- Place reminder calls to customers about upcoming appointments.
- Follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff.
- Consistently deliver premium-brand customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in Fort Washington, PA or Maple Shade, NJ, or within approximately one hour of these areas.
- Must have private dedicated office space that is in direct proximity of router to hard wire into.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with a pleasant and engaging demeanor.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to accurately record and address customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Nice to Have
- A combination of education and customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Spanish speaking (extra $1 per hour compensation).

Compensation: $18.50 per hour (extra $1 per hour for Spanish speaking). Starting range: $19.02 - $25.68 USD per hour.

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located near Fort Washington, PA or Maple Shade, NJ.
