About the Role
This opportunity allows Board Certified Behavior Analysts to build and manage their own practice with comprehensive backend support, including insurance billing, marketing, and compliance, enabling focus on clinical excellence and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a private ABA practice under a supported business model
- Deliver clinical assessments and behavior intervention plans for clients
- Supervise registered behavior technicians and provide ongoing training
- Collaborate with families to implement individualized treatment strategies
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
- Conduct school consultations and coordinate with educational teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Oversee client progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in regular case reviews and quality assurance processes
- Engage in community outreach to build referral networks
- Manage client scheduling and coordinate service delivery
- Support onboarding of new clinical staff within the practice
- Ensure compliance with state and insurance requirements
- Utilize data-driven methods to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Attend professional development sessions to maintain clinical expertise
