About the Role

The role involves conducting assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, and supervising therapy implementation for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for clients
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with caregivers and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
  • Document client progress and session notes
  • Train staff on behavior support techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Support program development and quality improvement
  • Communicate client outcomes to stakeholders
  • Adhere to insurance and funding requirements
  • Implement telehealth services as needed
  • Promote client independence and skill acquisition
  • Address challenging behaviors using data-driven methods
  • Coordinate care across educational and clinical settings
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures
  • Respond to client and family inquiries promptly
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
