Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for clients
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Collaborate with caregivers and external providers
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
- Document client progress and session notes
- Train staff on behavior support techniques
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Support program development and quality improvement
- Communicate client outcomes to stakeholders
- Adhere to insurance and funding requirements
- Implement telehealth services as needed
- Promote client independence and skill acquisition
- Address challenging behaviors using data-driven methods
- Coordinate care across educational and clinical settings
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development

- Respond to client and family inquiries promptly
