Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a BCBA in Training

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, evidence-driven ABA interventions that help children with autism reach developmental and behavioral goals in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through modeling, observation, and constructive feedback to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, set goals, and update client records and program resources.

Compensation

Direct therapy rate: $27.00 per hour; supervision duties: $30.00 per hour. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

  • Full-time candidates must have open availability from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Program Supervisors will dedicate half of their scheduled hours to supervision tasks.
  • Therapy sessions are compensated at $27.00 per hour.
  • Supervision responsibilities are paid at $30.00 per hour.
  • A $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered to qualified hires.
  • Service locations cover Arvada, Aurora, Broomfield, Centennial, Denver, Englewood, Glendale, Littleton, Lone Tree, Parker, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, and nearby areas.
  • Supervisors may commute up to 45 minutes from their chosen base location.
