Kyo Autism Therapy is hiring a BCBA in Training

Responsibilities

  • Provide play-based, research-supported ABA interventions to help children with autism reach significant developmental milestones in home, school, and community environments.
  • Guide and support behavior therapists and caregivers through direct observation, constructive feedback, and live modeling to ensure consistent, high-quality treatment delivery and skill growth.
  • Work alongside a BCBA to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, establish goals, and develop or revise program resources and client records.

Compensation

Direct therapy: $21.50 - $22.50/hour; Supervision duties: $25.50 - $26.50/hour

  • A $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available!
  • Pay Rate for direct therapy: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
  • Pay Rate for supervision duties: $25.50 - $26.50 per hour
  • Locations: Lehi, Logan, Manti, Ogden, Provo, Salt Lake City, Sandy, West Valley, and anywhere in between!
  • Program Supervisors may commute approximately 45 minutes from their preferred location.
