Responsibilities
- Act as the primary clinical expert for Barrigel, rectal spacing techniques, and radiotherapy applications within the assigned region
- Collaborate with regional Area Directors and sales teams to coordinate case coverage and healthcare provider training initiatives
- Deliver ongoing training, evaluation, and refresher sessions on proper Barrigel injection methods to sales representatives
- Support customer-facing digital training platforms and virtual learning programs as needed
- Supervise hands-on phantom training for customers in alignment with training curriculum and leadership priorities
- Participate in and lead live operating room procedures for first-time Barrigel administrations as directed
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow planning with the Head of Barrigel Development and regional leaders
- Maintain required certifications for continued access to operating room environments
- Build and sustain advanced knowledge in radiation therapy and imaging, particularly Transrectal Ultrasound (TRUS)
- Partner with regional Spacing Consultants to identify and engage new clinical targets to expand same-site sales opportunities
- Adhere to all clinical data reporting requirements set by Palette, the FDA, or other regulatory agencies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
