Huzzle is looking for a B2C Sales Representative to manage high-volume outbound calling, qualify leads, and book meetings for senior sales representatives. In this fully remote role, you’ll be at the front line of our customer engagement, using your communication skills to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Make 80–120+ outbound calls daily to engage with prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
- Manage, track, and update all customer interactions within a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent verbal and written communication.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of SDR or telemarketing experience in B2C sales.
- Comfort with high call volumes and structured outreach.
- Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
