Mercier Consultancy is hiring a B2B Solutions Consultant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our team. You will assess client requirements, develop strategic plans, and deliver implementations designed to enhance client operations and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Engage with B2B clients to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Design and present comprehensive solution proposals, including technical specifications and implementation timelines.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Provide training and support to clients for smooth integration and usage of solutions.
- Conduct market research and maintain understanding of industry trends to offer informed insights.
- Document client interactions, solution specifications, and project progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in B2B consulting or solutions sales, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketplace dynamics and associated solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective client engagement.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications in B2B solutions or project management.
