About the Role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is hiring a B2B Sales Representative to focus on generating new business and closing deals with small to medium-sized businesses in the transportation and logistics sector. This is a high-energy, target-driven remote role for the Eastern Time zone where leads are provided, but success requires a proactive, hustler mentality.

What You'll Do

  • Contact and convert leads provided by the client’s lead generation system.
  • Conduct business meetings with prospective small to medium-sized business clients.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets with a focus on consistent over achievement.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service, creating referral and repeat business opportunities.
  • Communicate the benefits of the client’s logistics solutions effectively to potential customers.
  • Source solutions and collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume inside sales targeting new business prospects.
  • Strong hunger and drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Mature, professional consultative selling approach to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about success.
  • Established social and business networks to support prospecting and deal-making.
  • Ability to analyze opportunities, navigate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload/download and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding or outages.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions.
  • Logistics/trucking sales experience.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position operating on Eastern Time (EST) hours.
