MBito is hiring a B2B Partnerships and Affiliate Manager

About the Role

MBito is looking for a B2B Partnerships and Affiliate Manager to drive growth by scaling our existing partner network and landing new strategic deals. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from negotiation to launch optimization, in a small, fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Scale existing partners—from niche retailers to global e-commerce dealers—by providing the tools and insights they need to boost revenue.
  • Land new partnerships in fresh regions and verticals by crafting win-win proposals, negotiating smart contracts, and protecting margin targets.
  • Optimise the sales channel by monitoring funnels, surfacing data-backed insights, and running experiments to lift first-time sales and repeat orders.
  • Orchestrate flawless partner launches by syncing with marketing, product, and support teams on onboarding, training, and promo campaigns.
  • Own the affiliate programme: recruit publishers, set commission tiers, and ensure tracking and payouts are spot-on.

What We're Looking For

  • A curious, open-minded, and relentless drive for finding new routes to market.
  • A closer’s mindset, with the ability to drive conversations to signed deals.
  • Comfort living in a CRM and using data to guide your next strategic move.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • 1–2 years in B2B sales, partnerships, customer success, or affiliate management.
  • Extra languages to support global outreach.
  • Brownie points for automotive or hardware know-how, or hands-on experience with affiliate networks.

Team & Environment

You'll join a team of 1-10 employees, working closely with engineers and shadowing the Marketing Lead. We guarantee a start-up environment where you’ll have the power to suggest and implement new features. The office provides snacks, a great vibe, and an environment where things get done.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: €1,800 – €2,300 gross / month, depending on experience.
  • Mentorship and autonomy: shadow the Marketing Lead while pushing your own tests live every week.
  • Friday lunch on us, stacked snack shelves, and the occasional dyno run for 'creative inspiration.'

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Kaunas, Lithuania, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
