Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert for order-related information, supporting internal teams, partners, and clients
- Serve as the main contact for inputting and monitoring B2B sales orders from initiation to fulfillment
- Use NetSuite to manage customer accounts and oversee the complete order lifecycle, including inventory movements and shipping via third-party logistics providers
- Track and manage backordered items, ensuring prompt release and invoicing when stock becomes available
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication with internal departments, vendors, partners, and customers to support smooth order flow
- Function as the key link between Sales and other stakeholders for all order management matters
- Proactively update customers with order confirmations and shipment tracking details to support on-time delivery
- Work closely with fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on schedule
- Deliver high-quality customer service to encourage repeat business and strengthen market presence
- Quickly resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues by collaborating across departments
- Keep detailed and current records of all orders, shipments, and related communications in order management systems
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and support initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience
- Stay updated on inventory status, shipping timelines, and other key order details to provide accurate information internally and externally
