Pipeline Gurus is hiring a B2B Lead Generation Executive to support our expansion across the Gulf region (GCC). You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads within targeted industries, focusing on SaaS and tech-based solutions. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in building a strong pipeline for the business development team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients across the Gulf region using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM databases.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data, lead activity, and follow-up tasks.
- Develop market intelligence around industries, key decision-makers, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, content, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor lead generation KPIs and contribute to the continuous optimization of outreach processes.
- Attend virtual or in-person events, webinars, and expos when required to represent the brand and capture new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.
- Proven experience generating and qualifying leads in the Gulf region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with Gulf business culture, purchasing cycles, and decision-making hierarchies.
- Self-starter, KPI-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.
- Comfortable with remote work technologies (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within SaaS, tech, or cloud-based industries.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
