As the Demand Generation Lead for ClassDojo's District Initiatives, you'll develop and implement programs generating extensive district partnership pipelines. You'll manage outbound campaign strategies, nurture marketing, and funnel optimization—guiding prospects from initial engagement through sales team handoff. Your role involves designing integrated campaigns that generate demand, expedite conversions, and drive scalable pipeline expansion. This pivotal position resides at the core of our district growth strategy. You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, Product, Content, and Creative teams to position ClassDojo as the premier K–12 district platform, playing a crucial role in scaling partnerships. Responsibilities include: - Constructing outbound marketing campaigns generating qualified district pipelines - Defining scalable Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) mechanisms - Executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels - Creating comprehensive outbound content packages - Designing nurture tracks and retargeting strategies - Establishing lifecycle tracking and attribution frameworks - Collaborating with sales leadership on lead quality - Developing scalable systems and repeatable programs Ideal Candidate Requirements: - 8+ years B2B demand generation experience - High-growth company demand generation leadership - Proven outbound campaign development - Lead nurture program expertise - Lead scoring framework implementation - Marketing attribution proficiency - Marketing operations tool familiarity - Thriving in dynamic environments Preferred Bonuses: - EdTech/SaaS background - District leadership marketing experience - Conversion-focused content design - Marketing infrastructure development skills Compensation Ranges (United States): CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $188,000 - $222,000 Other US states: $160,000 - $188,500
