- Evaluate customer behavior patterns and measure their influence on core business metrics.
- Group customers by behavioral patterns to personalize offers and design high-impact campaigns that boost revenue and long-term retention.
- Keep current with industry developments and competitor activity to ensure strategies follow best practices and remain competitive.
