About the Role

As a B2B Account Executive, you will lead the expansion of business within an assigned territory by cultivating long-term relationships with current clients and acquiring new ones. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, aligning them with product and service offerings, and executing sales strategies that increase account revenue and market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through product and service solutions
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions to assess client goals and tailor offerings accordingly
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide accurate forecasting and performance updates
  • Identify pathways to expand account spending and upgrade service levels
  • Travel frequently within the region to support client engagement and business development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of three years in commission-based sales with full-cycle experience
  • Proven success in cold outreach and meeting sales quotas
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance coverage
  • Ability to analyze accounts, plan strategically, and execute effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated business acumen and results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling medical devices
  • Familiarity with reimbursement processes for home respiratory care products
