20four7VA is hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent & Patient Referral Scheduler (B-CPT-10361). This role supports central scheduling and patient referral management through high-volume phone and text communication. You'll operate with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of referral outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to patient referrals.
Schedule patients accurately and efficiently based on referral details, handling rescheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate referrals across internal systems and external portals.
Take full ownership of referral outcomes, ensuring none remain unaddressed by the end of your shift.
Communicate with patients via phone and text in English and Spanish to clarify details, insurance, and next steps.
Explain physical therapy and occupational therapy services at a high level to patients.
Independently manage assigned referral queues across multiple portals, reviewing, validating, and resolving unclear referrals without escalation.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word, logging calls, outcomes, and referral statuses.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, patient scheduling, or referral management.
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to work independently with minimal management.
Native or near native English accent (Level A–B).
