Cognizant is looking for an Azure Integration Technical Lead to lead integration architecture and strategy across complex, multi-system landscapes. You will design and govern composable, modular integration solutions and scalable platforms aligned with enterprise principles.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive integration architecture and strategy across complex, multi-system landscapes
- Design composable and modular integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles
- Lead and influence architectural decisions across engineering and digital domains
- Design and govern API lifecycle management and enterprise integration services
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reusable integration platforms and services
- Apply integration patterns including REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven architectures
- Establish integration standards, governance frameworks, and reusable architectural patterns
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams on strategic roadmaps and transformation initiatives
- Support Agile, product-centric delivery with a focus on long-term ownership and continuous improvement
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration architecture or senior engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of composable architecture, modular design, and capability-based integration
- Hands-on experience with MACH, microservices, and MASA architectural approaches
- Extensive experience with API lifecycle management and enterprise integration platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
- Strong understanding of integration patterns including REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven architectures
- Experience designing integrations across cloud and hybrid environments
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation
- Strong awareness of cloud security, data privacy, PII handling, and compliance considerations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to collaborate across business, digital, engineering, and global teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working within multinational or consulting environments
- Experience in omnichannel, retail, luxury, or enterprise transformation programs is an advantage
