General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is looking for an Azure Cloud Developer to play a crucial role in supporting our HHS HRSA customer’s cloud migration initiatives. You will join a team tasked with building, testing, validating, and demonstrating a complete TIC 3.0 environment with Akamai SASE and Azure services.

What You'll Do

Support the migration of existing applications hosted in Azure to a new Azure TIC 3.0 environment.
Migrate endpoints from Citrix NetScalers to an Akamai Cloud-Based SASE solution using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
Engage with Change Management processes, creating Technical Implementation Plans and presenting to governance boards.
Work with the team to implement alerting, monitoring, logging, and security requirements (e.g., SSL, PKI, Splunk, CrowdStrike).
Implement SSO Solutions using OKTA or SAML technology.
Document and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and System Security Plans to meet NIST 800-53 requirements.
Work with Program and Project management and attend standing and ad-hoc customer meetings.
Perform post-migration issue remediation and provide on-call support for non-business hours.
Provide training to government personnel on the migration process and deliver weekly status reports.

What We're Looking For

High School Degree with 8+ years of related IT work experience OR equivalent.
5+ years of experience working in a Multi-Cloud (Azure and/or AWS) environment.
5+ years of experience in large-scale, enterprise organizations.
Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM, Terraform, and/or CFT.
Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Git, XML, AWS CLI, Azure CLI, and JSON.
Familiarity with AKS and EKS for supporting containers.
Hands-on experience with event logging tools like Azure Events Hub or Splunk.
Strong understanding of networking, DNS, Load-Balancers, Application Gateways, firewall rules, NSGs, and WAFs.
Ability to obtain a Position of Trust and pass a thorough Government background screening.
Ability to visit a customer location for fingerprinting and badging.
Must have resided in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications such as Azure, AWS, CompTIA Security+, or CrowdStrike.
Exposure to CyberArk, Cisco AnyConnect, and Zscaler.
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Visual Studio Code, and MS Teams.
Experience with ITIL and Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and their ceremonies.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex technical tasks with minimal direction and analyze test results to suggest mitigations.
Technical experience with networking design for cloud-hosted applications.
Experience communicating with customers and stakeholders.
Broad knowledge of Cloud and Information Security policies.

Salary Range: $123,250 - $166,750
