Responsibilities
- Converse with the model in Aymara across a wide range of topics
- Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Challenge advanced language models on contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance
- Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning
Requirements
- Expertise in Aymara language including regional dialects, phonetics, syntax, idiomatic expressions, oral traditions, and cultural references
- Ability to challenge language models on contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance
- Clear, metacognitive communication — 'showing your work'
- Must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
Nice to Have
- A Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
