Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary EMEA-wide technical contact for AWS field teams, channeling AWS-sourced opportunities into the company’s pipeline with targets of 150+ opportunities, $60M in annual recurring revenue, $10M realized, and 35 new customer acquisitions in FY26, while driving a 60% year-over-year growth plan in FY27 targeting $297.86M.
- Lead and expand a regional network of AWS-specialized solutions architects across EMEA, including members from UKI, France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics, MEA, and Germany, totaling 15–20 individuals.
- Implement expanded ASQ scope using the SWAT model and manage a joint operational rhythm with the company’s TFC team at AWS.
- Deliver ongoing training programs that build future pipeline capacity, including upskilling 300+ AWS Solutions Architects in EMEA during FY26, certifying 50+ company xSAs through AWS SA-Associate at no net cost, and hosting foundational to GenAI workshops, Lakehouse Days, and regional events.
- Maintain and evolve the AWS Field Engineering Playbook to ensure consistent technical engagement standards.
- Manage key technical assets that accelerate customer time-to-first usage and resolve deployment blockers, including AWS Marketplace QuickLaunch ('Moonwalk+'), Agent Bricks integration with Amazon Bedrock, CloudFormation networking templates, AWS data-exfiltration-protection architecture, remote-S3 residency patterns, and the EMEA cloud consumption dashboard.
- Lead technical decision-making in complex, multi-cloud enterprise accounts where architectural choices can influence deals exceeding $1M in annual recurring revenue.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior AWS regional leaders and represent EMEA as the technical voice at major AWS events including AWS Summits, DAIS, and Re:Invent EMEA.
