Semperis is hiring an AVP of Sales for the Northeast to lead our regional sales strategy. You will be responsible for coaching a team of Enterprise Sales Directors and driving net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Directors selling Semperis software solutions.
- Generate net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) according to company goals.
- Lead a high-performing team through effective mentorship and guidance.
- Drive overall regional business strategy, including analyzing market opportunity and leading go-to-market planning.
- Develop an annual sales plan, manage sales forecasts, and communicate progress against targets.
- Leverage strategic partnerships and regional relationships to cultivate partner, distributor, and channel development.
- Drive continuous improvement on sales processes, documentation, and tools.
- Motivate and provide guidance to the team focused on increased revenue growth and performance.
- Attract top talent and build the sales organization to achieve growth goals.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts to senior management and monitor all metrics.
- Be deeply involved in the region’s complex deals to help negotiate and close them.
- Build strong internal collaborative relationships with business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Sales leadership in the cybersecurity industry.
- Prior proven regional build experience throughout the Northeast US.
- Proven leadership experience of high-performing sales teams.
- Understanding of the information security channel network of partners.
- Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients.
- Ability to travel required.
- Must reside in the territory. NY/NJ preferred.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Sales Leadership team, reporting to the VP of Sales, Americas.

This is a hybrid position based in the Northeast US.
