United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is looking for an AVP, Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the firm's relationships with existing accounts and driving continuous service improvements with a focus on business retention.
What You'll Do
- Strengthen the firm's relationships with existing accounts.
- Drive continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention.
- Develop the strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients.
- Provide banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to Institutions.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law or Science.
- At least 3 years of commercial banking experience.
- Good sense of business.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting.
- Good selling and client relationship skills.
- Highly motivated.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Relationship Management team within Commercial Banking.
