ICF is seeking a Resource Specialist to support a critical national project delivering behavioral health services to immigrating children and families. In this role, you will be a key connector, ensuring beneficiaries receive care through Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) by managing the referral process, data integrity, and network expansion.
What You'll Do
- Review referrals from the case management team to connect service recipients with FQHCs.
- Conduct follow-up calls and intake to determine eligibility and gather required documentation.
- Enter intake information and track client utilization in case management systems.
- Conduct outreach to identify and onboard new FQHCs to build network capacity.
- Create records for new verified providers in the system and liaise with case managers to set them up for invoicing.
- Communicate regularly with FQHCs to confirm service provision and verify information against eligibility criteria.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review FQHC assignments, utilization, and address potential barriers.
- Provide status updates to the case management team and support the development of tools and response protocols for FQHCs.
- Assist with general project support, data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or an Associate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or HS diploma and 5 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Experience providing logistical and general project support, including activity tracking, task coordination, and material formatting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a team and managing deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working remotely.
- Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or asylees.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Digital communication tools.

Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the Seneca case management team and a Program Coordinator, providing essential day-to-day support for project tasks and deliverables.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $55,388.00 - $94,160.00.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates nationwide in the United States.
