What You'll Do
Drive credit application growth across retail locations in the Tampa and Orlando markets, consistently surpassing operational targets. Build and sustain relationships with client leadership at store, market, and regional levels to ensure strong support for credit programs. Conduct regular training and outreach to increase associate engagement and customer awareness of credit offerings.
Oversee the rollout and compliance of in-store marketing materials, ensuring brand standards and regulatory requirements are met. Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and present performance results to stakeholders. Support store openings and relocations by coordinating credit program integration and on-site readiness.
Monitor and manage travel and marketing budgets while supporting broader client initiatives. Conduct audits of point-of-sale signage and report discrepancies promptly. Respond to evolving client needs with timely communication and strategic input.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in financial services or retail management is required; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with five or more years of relevant experience will be considered. Must have a minimum of three years in field or outside sales and two years managing client relationships.
Proven experience creating and delivering presentations to management teams is essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 75% of the time and reside within the assigned territory.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have legal authorization to work in the U.S., and be able to meet requirements under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. A drug test, background check, and fingerprinting are part of the onboarding process.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Florida, with primary focus on the Tampa and Orlando areas. Employees may work from home near a Hub but must be able to commute as needed for in-person activities.
