What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations for corporate services, secretarial, and trust functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across jurisdictions. Lead and coordinate with team leads in the Cayman Islands and overseas offices to manage client requests, board meeting logistics, and reporting deadlines. Serve as the primary link between operational teams and key internal departments including compliance, finance, and internal audit.
Manage follow-up activities related to accounts receivable and take ownership of critical projects such as annual filings, regulatory submissions, and internal initiatives. Ensure internal controls, policies, and operational procedures are maintained and updated to reflect evolving standards. Maintain the accuracy and completeness of client data across systems and uphold statutory compliance for all client entities.
Stay current with regulatory developments in the Cayman Islands and other relevant jurisdictions. Mentor and guide team members through performance management, training, and professional development initiatives. Build strong working relationships with international offices, external advisors, and client stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years in a managerial position within Corporate Services
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the funds industry
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of fund structures and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Have direct experience supporting both regulated and unregulated hedge fund and private equity entities
- Show strong leadership with proven ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Display excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness under pressure
- Be flexible to attend and document meetings outside standard business hours when necessary
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
