Role Overview
As Manager, Corporate Services, you will lead the operational execution of corporate services, corporate secretarial functions, and trust solutions across a global platform. You will ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, uphold data integrity, and maintain alignment with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day operations of corporate services, secretarial, and trust teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Collaborate with team leads in the Cayman Islands and international locations to coordinate client servicing, board meetings, and urgent requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact between operational units, compliance, finance, internal audit, and other internal stakeholders
- Oversee follow-up actions related to accounts receivable and ensure timely resolution
- Lead project initiatives including annual filings, regulatory submissions, and internal group-wide operational improvements
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Ensure client records and digital systems reflect accurate, up-to-date information
- Monitor evolving regulations in the Cayman Islands and implement necessary operational adjustments
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members
- Support recruitment, performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with offshore offices, external legal advisors, auditors, financial institutions, and investment managers to deliver seamless service
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity within corporate services
- At least 10 years of experience in the funds industry, with exposure to hedge funds and private equity structures
- Proven experience supporting both regulated and unregulated entities across diverse legal jurisdictions
- Deep understanding of fund vehicles, governance, and industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively at senior levels
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to assess risk and influence outcomes across a broad client portfolio
- Capable of working under pressure and adapting to urgent demands, including after-hours meetings
Work Environment
