Astanza Laser is hiring an Area Sales Manager: Greater NYC Area

Drive sales and shape the future of aesthetic technology in one of the most dynamic markets in the country. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll own the Greater NYC territory, identifying new business opportunities and building trusted relationships with medical and aesthetic providers. Your focus will be on understanding client challenges, demonstrating advanced laser solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes that align with their practice goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence through targeted outreach, in-person visits, and remote engagement
  • Build credibility with physicians, clinic owners, and key decision-makers by uncovering needs and aligning solutions
  • Lead product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and business reviews to support informed purchasing decisions
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close—using ethical, value-based selling techniques
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records, and expense reporting while adhering to compliance standards
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and key opinion leader gatherings
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive developments, and product advancements through continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, ideally within aesthetics, dermatology, or a related clinical field
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and discipline in managing a high-volume pipeline
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel 50–75% within the territory
  • Physical ability to transport and demonstrate equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing or moving
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise
