What You'll Do
Take ownership of sales performance across the Greater NYC territory by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with medical and aesthetic practices. Plan and execute strategic field visits, combining in-person engagement with digital outreach to build a robust pipeline. Guide potential clients through a consultative sales process, identifying their operational challenges and demonstrating how advanced laser solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
Focus on value-based selling—articulate clinical and technical advantages clearly, defend pricing with confidence, and close deals within company guidelines. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, ensuring visibility into pipeline health. Represent the brand at industry events and contribute to market expansion through professional, ethical engagement. Travel frequently within the region, adapting schedules to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- Solid experience—5 to 10+ years—selling capital equipment, ideally within the medical aesthetics or laser sector
- History of surpassing sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to generate high-volume leads through cold outreach and structured planning
- Deep understanding of customer pain points and competitive market dynamics
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for regular field travel
- Capacity to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs, and maneuver heavy devices on wheels
- Strong communication skills—able to present technical data clearly to varied audiences
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational discipline
- Proficiency in CRM tools and administrative follow-through, including forecasting and reporting
- Willingness to travel 50–75% within the territory, including flexible hours
