World Kinect is hiring an Aviation Account Executive to join its aviation team. You will support sales, account management, and business development, offering a path to grow in the business aviation sector.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Support client account management and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
- Assist with ROI calculations and basic financial modeling
- Maintain CRM records and support data analysis
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and stay informed on industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience at an FBO
- 2+ years in sales or aviation-related roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Team-oriented with multitasking ability
- Basic financial knowledge and interest in modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
- Internships or relevant coursework
- Familiarity with Salesforce and AI tools
