About the Role

Premier Research is looking for a Clinical Lead III (Dermatology) to drive global study and program clinical team engagement, oversee clinical activities, and apply risk-based quality management. You will act as a leader within the Global Clinical Management team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive global study and/or program clinical team and departmental engagement, maximizing efficiencies across studies and programs.
  • Provide oversight of clinical team tracking and analysis of open action items, protocol deviations, and communication reports.
  • Complete or contribute to the review of the protocol, study design, informed consent forms, case report forms, and other study documents and plans.
  • Apply a risk-based quality management mindset, contribute to the risk management plan, and support the set up of an adaptive risk monitoring system with the study team.
  • Work with all functional leads and the sponsor to identify data-related issues and risks to clinical activities, assisting Clinical Leads in developing mitigation plans.
  • Support the Project Manager, regional Clinical Leads, and line managers to ensure team members are adequately resourced for the project duration.
  • Oversee the financial health of clinical activities, including supporting the identification of out-of-scope tasks and ensuring pre-approval by the PM and Sponsor.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 9 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, Clinical Lead, or Project Manager, with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring or related experience required.
  • 4 or more years of previous clinical oversight experience (or equivalent), with priority for dermatology studies.

You will be an integral part of the Global Clinical Management team, working cross-functionally.
