CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is looking for a Residential Energy Auditor to act as the local, on-site representative for our energy efficiency programs. In this role, you will work directly with residential customers within a defined territory, conducting audits and installing equipment to help build a more sustainable future.

What You'll Do

Conduct residential energy audits.
Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program requirements.
Provide input and status updates to program management.
Deliver great customer service.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Troubleshoot technical problems in accordance with client specifications.
Act as the local program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation.
Travel throughout a defined territory in a company-provided vehicle.

What We're Looking For

A high school diploma or GED.
0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
A valid driver's license.
You are at least 21 years of age.
Able to work under different weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
Able to crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach; you will often work in crawl spaces and under mobile homes.
Use repetitive hand motion and basic hand and power tools.
Use a step stool up to 4 feet to access attic spaces.
Able to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds.
Reside in the Tri-Cities Area, Tennessee, for frequent local travel.
Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
Consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report showing a satisfactory driving record.
Maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for employment.

Work Mode

This is a local, on-site position requiring daily travel within the Tri-Cities Area, Tennessee, using a company-provided vehicle.
