CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is looking for a Residential Energy Auditor to act as the local, on-site representative for our energy efficiency programs. In this role, you will work directly with residential customers within a defined territory, conducting audits and installing equipment to help build a more sustainable future.
What You'll Do
- Conduct residential energy audits.
- Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program requirements.
- Provide input and status updates to program management.
- Deliver great customer service.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Troubleshoot technical problems in accordance with client specifications.
- Act as the local program and company representative to customers and contractors to encourage participation.
- Travel throughout a defined territory in a company-provided vehicle.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- Able to work under different weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Able to crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach; you will often work in crawl spaces and under mobile homes.
- Use repetitive hand motion and basic hand and power tools.
- Use a step stool up to 4 feet to access attic spaces.
- Able to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds.
- Reside in the Tri-Cities Area, Tennessee, for frequent local travel.
- Successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
- Consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report showing a satisfactory driving record.
- Maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for employment.

Work Mode
This is a local, on-site position requiring daily travel within the Tri-Cities Area, Tennessee, using a company-provided vehicle.
