Solenis is hiring an Associate for our Remote Monitoring Center in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support remote monitoring operations for chemical processes at our Global Excellence Center, focusing on device and cloud administration, reporting, and maintaining established service levels.

What You'll Do

Administer and monitor devices, identifying loss of connectivity and providing probe health monitoring.
Configure user profiles for remotely monitored skids.
Administer the Solenis Cloud, assisting with onboarding forms and execution.
Execute manual data entry and administer system user credentials.
Generate periodic internal and external reports.
Contribute to achieving acceptable service levels on assigned tasks.
Address 'How-To' questions on forms and procedures.
Locate and distribute reference material to the team.
Follow direction and guidance from senior team members.
Take ownership of shared mailboxes and phone inquiries.
Attend and complete required trainings on time.
Participate actively in team meetings.
Report issues and offer process improvements.
Exhibit regular attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
Travel on occasion for training or other meetings.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
Ability to prioritize time effectively to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
Demonstrated attention to detail along with strong organizational qualities.
Willingness to work NA and EMEA working hours (3pm – 12am or 5.30pm – 2.30am IST).
Willingness to have flexible hours to allow for interactions with other global regions.
