We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Automation Run Services team, responsible for the ongoing stability and performance of live automation systems. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations by monitoring automation workflows, identifying and resolving incidents, and supporting business users across critical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain RPA and Power Platform automations in production environments to ensure consistent performance.
- Notify stakeholders of automation failures and conduct initial diagnostics to identify root causes.
- Apply fixes for defects and implement minor enhancements outside the original development cycle.
- Respond to user requests, including on-demand execution of automations and adjustments to run schedules.
- Deliver heightened support during high-activity periods to maintain service levels.
- Collaborate with development teams during handover phases and post-deployment stabilization periods.
- Support provisioning of virtual infrastructure by coordinating with resiliency specialists.
- Keep automation code repositories organized and up to date, with clear version control and documentation.
- Log all production issues and resolutions systematically for audit and analysis purposes.
- Generate and maintain reports on operational KPIs such as ticket volume, SLA adherence, and automation success rates.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in application or production support—ideally involving robotic process automation platforms. Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism is essential, as is hands-on experience with troubleshooting, code management, and performance tracking.
Preferred candidates will have certifications in RPA technologies or the Microsoft Power Platform, experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, and exposure to Azure AI or Open AI API integration, deployment, and testing.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office as needed, with flexibility to support extended hours aligned with US business operations.
