We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team at Capcoal Opencut Mine in Middlemount. Our HME team predominantly work on CAT D10 & D11 dozers, Caterpillar 793D and Komatsu 830E trucks as well as other auxiliary equipment. You will have a desire to collaborate and innovate to continuously improve performance and processes to optimise equipment availability and reliability. Your zero-harm mindset will be forefront of all processes, and you will have a passion for safely delivery requirements. Key accountabilities; Inspect, diagnose, service and repair of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME). Utilise computerised maintenance management systems; (SAP desirable) Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in the workshops Undertaking training and upskilling as required. Attending to breakdowns and problem diagnosing. Scheduled maintenance and installations. Experience with fault finding. Work independently where required but within a team environment. Experience in facilitating and participating in job risk assessment
