This position drives product adoption and optimization in the Australian market by combining field experience with technical knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a key point of contact for customer technical inquiries
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions with regional input
- Ensure customer success through effective onboarding and follow-up
- Track and report on product usage metrics and adoption rates
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in field testing of new features and updates
- Provide input on user interface and experience enhancements
