The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our San Antonio practice. In this role, you will manage family law cases from beginning to end, providing expert strategies and superior client service within our supportive, team-based environment.
What You'll Do
- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
- Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
- Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
- Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas.
- A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Solid research and writing skills.
- High level of organization.
- Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting and client management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
- Experience drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
Nice to Have
- Five or more years of family law experience.
- A passion for conducting hearings, being in the courtroom, and handling mediations and consults.
- An energetic and motivated approach.

- Competitive Pay: $75K-$130K based on years of experience.
