About the Role
The consultant will work with clients to deploy, customize, and maintain Atlassian products, providing technical guidance and best practices to enhance collaboration and project management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Atlassian platforms including Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements
- Design and implement workflows and automation rules
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
- Conduct system upgrades and version migrations
- Develop custom plugins and integrations when necessary
- Document configurations and system changes
- Train end users on platform features and functionality
- Ensure data integrity and security across instances
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party applications
- Assist in project planning and timeline estimation
- Deliver configuration audits and health checks
- Support agile and DevOps practices using Atlassian products
- Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation
- Participate in client meetings and status updates
- Advocate for user experience and usability improvements
- Manage user permissions and access controls
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Stay current with product updates and new features
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization
- Troubleshoot integration issues between systems
- Assist with data imports and migrations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Support scalable architecture design for growing teams
