What You'll Do
Oversee all financial and administrative functions within the ship’s accounting department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company goals. You will supervise department supervisors and staff, setting performance benchmarks and monitoring results to drive operational excellence.
Ensure guests receive seamless services by maintaining high standards across guest-facing operations. You’ll coordinate with hotel, deck, and technical teams to support smooth interdepartmental workflows and foster a collaborative shipboard culture.
Lead regular team meetings, promote clear communication, and serve as a key liaison between the vessel and head office. Your role is central to maintaining both crew efficiency and guest satisfaction throughout the cruise itinerary.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Open to candidates from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
- Valid STCW certification, seafarer's passport or identity document, and Seaman's Book are required (assistance available for obtaining these)
- Minimum of nine years of cruise ship experience: three as Crew Purser, three as Front Office Manager, and three in Guest Relations or Chief Purser roles
- Proven leadership in multicultural environments with strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and team development skills
- Understanding of organizational planning, resource allocation, and workforce management principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage
- Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or equivalent from an accredited institution

Compensation

Work Mode
This is an onsite position aboard a cruise ship operating between Turkey and Egypt, departing from Sochi. Itineraries include ports such as Istanbul, Cesme, Amasra, Sinop, Trabzon, Ordu, Izmir, Kusadasi, Alexandria, Greek Islands, and various Italian ports.
