Laborie is hiring an Associate Territory Manager for the Western MD / West Virginia region. You will be a key member of our Urology Sales team, supporting a positive customer experience and maximizing revenue growth by managing a specific set of accounts within the territory.
What You'll Do
- Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
- Demonstrate competency of the Urology product portfolio and become familiar with the full Laborie product line.
- Develop skills in business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- Establish professional relationships with customer personnel.
- Conduct follow-up customer visits for product support and training.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A).
- 1-2 years of selling experience, preferably within medical device.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple projects within a fast paced, sales driven environment.
